What happens when I reach 5 labels on the free plan?: Your existing labels and QR codes keep working. To create a sixth label, upgrade to Unlimited at €149 per year excluding VAT for one winery, with no per-label fees.
Does anything change for my free account?: No. It is now called Starter and still includes 5 e-labels for one person. Your labels and QR codes keep working.
We are two people at one winery. Which plan do we need?: Switch to For teams. Starter for teams covers two people with 10 e-labels. Unlimited for teams covers up to five people with any number of e-labels.
What does Contact sales mean for Estate?: Estate for teams is priced by agreement, from €499 per year excluding VAT. Write to [email protected] with the number of people and wines.
Are the labels EU compliant?: The generator helps prepare ingredients and nutrition information under the EU rules. Vinum handles the page format, the languages and the ban on tracking. The accuracy of ingredients, nutrition values and the printed bottle label remains your responsibility as the producer. Check your product data, translations and complete bottle label for each destination market. Automated field checks do not replace a legal review.
What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?: QR codes printed on bottles must keep working, so labels published during a paid plan stay online for at least ten years from publication, also after you cancel, at no extra charge. You only lose the ability to create new labels beyond the free plan.
I already have e-labels with another provider. Can I switch?: Yes — paste the link to your existing e-label and we pre-fill the form with your wine's data. Review, save, print the new QR code.
